Customer Service II

Job Summary: 

The Customer Service II role at Partners Dental Studio is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling finance-related inquiries, providing detailed pricing information, and following Partners Dental Studio standards for intake procedures. This position demands excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to promptly address customer needs via phone and email. The role also involves collaboration with the finance team to maintain accuracy and consistency in customer communications. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Respond to all customer inquiries related to financial matters, including billing questions and invoice requests. 

• Provide detailed pricing information for all orthodontic products, add ons and fees. 

• Handle phone and email inquiries efficiently and professionally. 

• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers. 

• Maintain updated pricing lists and ensure they are readily available for customer inquiries. 

• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments.

• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Provide support and back up to other customer service team members as needed. 

• Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to provide better customer support. 

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures. 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. 

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial or healthcare setting. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
