Work Schedule: During the hours of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Projected Hiring Range : Up to $25/hour depending on experience

Primary Purpose of Position: This temporary position will provide support to the IT Department with a variety of tasks that include, but not limited to, set-up of new computers, network and software; general back up support to IT by processing emails and ensuring that excellent customer service is provided to the end users; inventory management of IT equipment; and delivery and pick up of equipment to/from our office locations throughout our 14 counties. This position is part of an employee referral program; must be referred by a current employee of Partners Health Management. This position is for period not to exceed 12 weeks and is not eligible for benefits; hours per week would generally not exceed 30 hours.
Primary Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Set up new computers, networks, and software for new employees
- Provide support to IT staff by answering phones, processing emails, and responding to user requests
- Work with IT resources to image new systems and add software application where appropriate.
- Install operating systems and other computer software applications on new computers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all technology is working properly for the company.
- Collect, analyze, and store data for inventory management
- Support the maintenance of existing computer systems, including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software
- Create a survey to capture end users’ devices that have been deployed.
- Deliver and pickup of equipment to/from other PHM office locations as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
- General knowledge of computers and related information technology devices
- General knowledge of the software packages utilized by the agency

- Excellent customer service and written and oral communication skills required in working with users and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively with users who may not be coherent in clarifying problem situations

- Ability to display a positive attitude and show initiative to meet departmental goals and customer expectations
Education/Experience Preferred: Some college or college graduate. Experience working with computers preferred. Familiarity with monitoring tools for tracking file ingestion. Ability to review transaction records, spot inconsistencies, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth processing. Experience using tracking tools to monitor data submissions and identify potential delays or errors.
