Job Description:
Seeking a New Home Sales Professional to join our growing build on your lot Round Top/Brenham/Chappell Hill/Columbus/College Station area team. Experience in Build on Your Lot Custom Home Sales is preferred.
You will engage directly with prospective buyers, overseeing the entire sales process from introduction to closing, while maintaining continuous communication throughout their home-buying journey.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the model home is well-maintained and accessible during scheduled business hours.
• Skillfully manage the buyer's experience from their initial visit to the moment of closing.
• Provide comprehensive information about community amenities.
• Explain available lots to help buyers make informed decisions.
• Understand and address the unique custom home needs of each buyer.
• Conduct tours of the community, showcasing its distinctive features.
• Assist buyers with plan design, financing, option selections, construction process, and closing.
• Create a sense of enthusiasm when presenting information about the community, scheduling visits, and engaging prospective buyers.
• Develop an effective marketing plan for the community.
• Coordinate Realtor events to expand networking opportunities.
• Prioritize delivering a positive and memorable experience to every buyer.
• Follow up promptly on any questions or concerns raised by buyers.
• Gather market information, including competition analysis and real estate trends in the area.
• Maintain accurate records and enter weekly traffic in CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Proven knowledge of the new home market.
• Prior experience in residential home-building is required.
• Familiarity with sales concepts and techniques.
• Working knowledge of the mortgage industry.
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in new home sales.
