Part-Time Key Holder for Upscale Resale Boutique
Schedule : Monday Saturday / 25 hours per week
Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour
$19.00 per hour after successful completion of 90 day probationary period
Overview
Partners In Care is looking for a dependable Key Holder to support our Organization’s Upscale Resale Boutique. You will oversee the sales floor, work closely with volunteers, handle cashiering, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities Include :
- Performing Opening / Closing procedures.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.
- Support and guide volunteers in their roles on the sales floor.
- Manage inventory placement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure a clean, organized environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with volunteers and team members.
- High school diploma.
- Background Check Required
