Part-Time Key Holder for Upscale Resale Boutique

Schedule : Monday – Saturday / 25 hours per week

Pay Rate :

  • 18.00 per hour
  • 19.00 per hour after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period

Overview :

Partners In Care is looking for a dependable Key Holder to support our Organization’s Upscale Resale Boutique. You will oversee the sales floor, work closely with volunteers, handle cashiering, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Performing Opening / Closing procedures.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.
  • Support and guide volunteers in their roles on the sales floor.
  • Manage inventory placement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure a clean, organized environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Requirements and Skills

  • Proven retail or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with volunteers and team members.
  • Physical ability to lift or move items up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • High school diploma.
