Our dedicated team of over 200 employees and approximately 150 local volunteers serves patients and families across a 10,000-square-mile area, including Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties. Compensation : $90,000-$143,790 (DOE). Full-time, salaried-exempt.
Location -Centralized administrative office in Bend, Oregon. Travel throughout Central Oregon is required.
What You Get To Do : The Social Services Supervisor provides leadership and management for Social Work, Spiritual Care, and Bereavement services within Partners In Care. This role oversees department operations, policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring high-quality and consistent service delivery to patients, families, and the community.
- Provide clinical and operational supervision for Support Services staff, ensuring performance aligns with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and assign incoming referrals within the Support Services Department.
- Oversee financial management for Support Services programs, including budgeting, expense monitoring, and timely resolution of financial issues.
- Facilitate ongoing professional development for staff and maintain personal state licensure.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations through effective staff education and adherence to standards.
- Participate in quality management initiatives, including QAPI meetings and corrective actions for identified issues.
- Develops, implements, and maintains policies and procedures for Support Services programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with organizational leadership to enhance service delivery and achieve Partners In Care goals.
- During high patient census or low staffing periods, they may be required to assume a direct patient caseload.
- As needed, support program development and participate in organizational committees, work groups, and special projects.
