Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track Submittals, RFIs, and project logs using Orion and CMiC.
- Maintain daily journals and update change logs.
- Schedule and coordinate weekly meetings and distribute project updates.
- Assist with safety reports, As-Built documentation, and excavation tracking.
- Manage office records, inspection reports, and administrative support tasks.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of office administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of Orion, CMiC, or Bluebeam is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
