The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing project documents, including Submittals, RFIs, and project logs.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating change logs.
- Scheduling and coordinating weekly meetings and distributing project updates.
- Providing administrative support for safety reports, As-Built documentation, and excavation tracking.
- Managing office records and supporting administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of project management software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
