The Project Coordinator III is responsible to execute processes and contribute towards improving them. As part of the Project Coordinator Team, individuals in this role work in a flexible capacity in response to the Client group and their individual skills. The Project Coordinator III will serve our Client group by adapting process standards and communicating with and encouraging team members to take coordinated action to complete tasks, including training others. This role has responsibility for identifying and responding to complex issues related to payments and cost classifications and processing special requirements with high degree of accuracy, as directed by the Jobsite / Office Lead or Functional Team Lead.
Primary Accountabilities :
Creates and adapts processes to gather and collect high volume complicated documents to increase efficiency and accuracy
Initiates troubleshooting for complex payment issues, such as with subcontractors or other vendors
Identifies errors by reviewing documents, such as cost reports and takes steps to make corrections and / or works with others to get resolution with / from others.
Discerns what documents are needed to complete processes
Works on projects with high levels of complexity and / or large volume.
Coordinates complex tasks, special requirements for notifications, documents, sub payments or other owner requests in compliance with rules and guidelines
Ensures processes are completed and details and issues are addressed properly in accordance with rules and compliance guidelines; may coordinate with multiple people to achieve this.
Responds to client requests and project needs by developing good rapport and an understanding of priorities, in addition to knowledge of applicable rules and guidelines.
Trains other teams members; demonstrates and encourages team members to utilizes processes adapted for the team
Contributes to improvement of relevant processes and may assume role of Process Expert.

Work Experience :
Proficiency of Project Coordinator II accountabilities and competencies with demonstrated readiness to transition to more senior level.
Work Location :
This job may require to be located at a project site depending on company needs. Flexibility in work location is critical.
