- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Assist in managing and processing USDA import documents (if applicable)
- Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and organized
- Maintain office filing system and ensure all documents are up to date
- Provide support for various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
