We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Manage inbound and outbound schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and distribute orders accurately and efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate carrier appointments
- Verify paperwork and sign drivers in/out of the facility
- Assist with trailer inventory management and door assignments
- Process shipping and receiving documents, including Bills of Lading
- Coordinate with customers on scheduling issues and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with shift management and leads to achieve team goals
- Identify and report any errors or issues to leadership members
