Pay starts at $17 per hour. And, hours are 11:30am -8pm Mon- Fri. 1- Sat from 9am to 3:30 every 4 weeks. Room to grow with this company!

Position Overview: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, multitasking, and maintaining professionalism in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional and courteous communication with coworkers, management, and customers, including handling emails and phone calls effectively.
Manage diverse customer inquiries, including escrow details, payments, and loan maintenance, while referencing training materials and system tools.
Maintain service-level expectations, adapting to varying call volumes and fast-paced workflows, particularly during peak times or after new account transfers.
Keep detailed and personalized notes to aid in call resolution and training.
Organize and maintain information for quick reference during calls.
Follow assigned schedules, ensuring punctuality and adherence to break and lunch timing.
Communicate technical or training needs proactively to management.
Manage calls effectively by multitasking, typing notes while speaking, and resolving customer concerns in real-time.
Schedule and Expectations:
- Required hours are Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, with one Saturday shift every four weeks (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and a compensatory day off the following week.
Opportunities for overtime may be offered or required.
