Position: Production Associate

Pay: $16.50 - 17.00 per hour

Shifts: 8-12 hour shifts

· 1st 6am -6:30pm $16.50 M-Th and 6am-2:30pm Fri & Sat

· 2nd 10am-8:30pm $16.50 Mon-Sat

· 3rd shift 6:00pm – 6:30am $17 Mon-Thurs, Sun 10pm-6:30am & Fri 6pm-2:30am

Job Responsibilities:

· Feed components onto assembly conveyors, into hoppers, and machinery to ensure continuous production flow.

· Replenish and unload materials such as cardboard, glue, plastic wrap, bottles, caps, and labels to maintain a steady assembly process.

· Manually assemble packaging components including sprayers, caps, display units, and more for liquid packaging.

· Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards for packaging and display units.

· Maintain production line speed by actively participating in job activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

· Follow safety guidelines and participate in safety audits and programs to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.

Job Requirements:

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

· Basic English reading and writing skills.

· Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive motions such as bending and twisting.

· Team player with the ability to work in small or large groups within assigned areas.
