Position: Material Control and Production Coordinator
Shift: 1 Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Location: Prineville, OR

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for production needs.
- Collaborate with the production scheduler to align planning and scheduling activities.
- Coordinate with the operations manager to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with production goals.
- Communicate with customer service to manage and update production work orders (PW) and sales order re-dates.
- Track material usage, forecast requirements, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on inventory, production status, and material usage, recommending improvements
Requirements:
- 2-4 years in production scheduling
- 2-4 MRP years Understanding
- 2-4 years ERP experience ( preferably AX or SAP)
