Duties
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
- Oversee materials handling processes, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
- Utilize NetSuite systems to forecast inventory needs and manage stock replenishment.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with production planning teams to align inventory with production schedules.
- Implement best practices for warehouse organization and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Process incoming inventory receipts, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders
- Generate inventory reports from NetSuite to identify trends, analyze stock turnover rates and pinpoint areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot any issues related to inventory management within the NetSuite platform
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with NetSuite’s inventory management features
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP system
- Preferred: Experience with RF Smart inventory management system
- Analytical skills: Proven ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
