Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate inbound and outbound schedules.
- Complete and verify paperwork before order distribution.
- Process and schedule carrier appointments.
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling issues.
- Assign dock doors for shipments.
- Maintain door accuracy and manage yard reports.
- Process shipping and receiving documentation.
- Reconcile inbound shipments with packing slips.
- Collaborate with shift management and team leads to achieve shift goals.
- Identify and report errors or issues.
- Participate in required training programs.
- Adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications
