Position : Machine Operator with Safety Focus
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Hours : 5 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $19.35 per hour
Location : Prineville, OR
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machines, presses, saws, and edge banders to manufacture door components with precision.
- Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines to ensure proper functionality and optimal production output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards and customer specifications.
- Document production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities for quality control and reporting purposes.
- Operate motorized equipment, such as forklifts and KVAL lifts, to assist in material handling and door assembly as needed.
- Set up, adjust, and operate individual machines or work cells, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to production specifications for door manufacturing.
- Read and interpret process documentation to determine physical specifications, processing steps, and ensure accurate machine setup.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and operator care, including oiling and minor tooling replacement, to ensure smooth machine operation.
