We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, production, and quality control of products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing or production settings, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be able to collaborate effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Pack products according to specified procedures and quality standards.
- Perform regular inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe working environment at all times.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of production lines and machinery.
- Maintain accurate production logs and report any equipment issues or production delays to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to ensure a high standard of work.
Must be available to work OT & weekends as need!
