Responsible for executing various tasks and operating machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. The General Laborer must follow established guidelines, maintain safety standards, and contribute to meeting production targets.

• Execution of the tasks involved in the manufacturing processes, as well as the maintenance of all equipment and production facilities following standard operating procedures (SOPS) and safety guidelines.
• Quality Control : Monitor product quality during the production process, perform regular inspections, and identify any deviations or defects. Notify the appropriate personnel and assist in troubleshooting to maintain product quality standards.
• Production Efficiency : Maintain a consistent workflow by ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, adjusting machine settings, and making minor repairs or adjustments as required. Maximize productivity while minimizing downtime. Material Handling : Handle and manage raw materials, components, and finished products according to standard procedures. This includes loading, unloading, and moving materials within the production area.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly to the supervisor or safety personnel.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate production records, including production counts, machine logs, quality control checks, and any other relevant documentation. Report production data and issues to supervisors or designated personnel as required.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any production-related issues. Communicate and share relevant information to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Continuous Improvement : Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, providing suggestions and feedback to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety. Contribute to the implementation of best practices and standardization efforts.
• Assist with machine operating and packaging as needed.
