Position : Quality Technician
Shift : 1st Shift
Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
Pay Rate : $21.00 per hour
Location : Somersworth, NH
Project Length : up to 6 weeks
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform technical inspections of products using industry-standard methods such as caliper measurements, micrometer checks, and visual inspections to identify dimensional and workmanship defects.
- Document inspection results with detailed technical reports, categorizing parts as good, repaired, or rejected, and input data accurately into the Project Tracking System (Dot) for analysis and record-keeping.
- Follow precise inspection protocols and established technical standards to ensure consistent quality across all products, adhering to ISO or other relevant industry certifications.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they are in optimal condition and provide accurate measurements during inspections.
