Compensation : $90,000 - $100,000 DOE
Job Type : Direct Hire within next TWO WEEKS!
Travel Requirement : Must have a valid passport and be willing to train overseas for one week and RELOCATION FEES are COVERED for right individual!!!
Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations at our industrial site located in Stark / Reno, Nevada. As the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day activities of the construction site, ensuring that all project phases run smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. You will be working closely with Project Management, Design Engineering, Procurement, and other functional departments to coordinate priorities and ensure the success of the project. This role requires an individual who can work in a strong-matrixed team environment and take a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Daily Operations Management : Oversee and manage all site activities to ensure that the project runs smoothly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all project schedules and milestones.
- Team Management : Lead, train, and supervise on-site employees. Delegate tasks effectively, resolve issues promptly, and support team development.
- Project Planning & Control : Ensure that project plans are followed, and resources are allocated correctly. Track progress against the project schedule and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Quality & Safety Oversight : Monitor and enforce adherence to company quality standards and all relevant regulations. Ensure that safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Budget Management : Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that work is completed within the allocated budget. Review financial data, project estimates, and forecasts for accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and authorities. Facilitate clear, consistent communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Performance Monitoring : Assess site performance, implement improvements, and ensure efficient execution of the project. Provide guidance on process improvements to maximize productivity.
- Documentation & Compliance : Ensure that all activities are documented correctly and that all permits, licenses, and other compliance requirements are in place for smooth site operations.
- Problem-Solving & Decision Making : Address issues related to staffing, materials, equipment, and subcontractor management. Make quick, informed decisions to resolve on-site challenges.
