Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee day to day and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, inventory control, and overall supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management, who can drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize our systems. Duties

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
• Manage logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of products while minimizing costs.
• Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
• Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to forecast demand and manage production schedules.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure quality standards are met.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.
• Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
• Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and / or shipping companies.
• Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
