Job Title : Robotic Welding Operator / Programmer

Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Robotic Welding Operator / Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming our Yaskawa Motoman DX200 welding cell, ensuring the precise welding of parts and assemblies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate the Yaskawa Motoman DX200 welding cell to weld parts and assemblies.
- Program new part assemblies for robotic welding.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the welding cell.
- Ensure all welding operations meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to optimize welding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of welding operations and maintenance activities.
- Set up and use the MIG welder to ensure a flawless bead and strong metallic bond on a variety of steel assemblies in the fabrication department.
- Creatively help expand the list of welding programs and setup applications.
