Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Administration Leader at Partners Professional, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing actions to correct negative variances in actual performance to budget expectations;
- Ensuring Nursing Supervisors are qualified to provide clinical leadership to staff and independent contractors;
- Maintaining QA results and initiating QIP activities as required to correct or improve the quality of services;
You will also work closely with our team to develop the organization's business plan, gain approval from the President on key business issues, and prepare staff analysis and provide for the application of personnel management policies and procedures.
