Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Leader to join our team at Partners Professional.
The successful candidate will have a background in home health care and hold a registered nurse license. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary range of $100 - $120,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement actions to address negative variances in performance and budget expectations.
- Ensure nursing supervisors provide clinical leadership to staff and independent contractors.
- Monitor QA results and initiate QIP activities as required.
- Facilitate the work of the Professional Advisory Committee and formulate recommendations to the Board.
- Work with nursing supervisors to manage risk, quality assurance, and performance improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of business experience in the healthcare field, preferably in home health care.
- Undergraduate degree in nursing, healthcare, or business; master's preferred.
- Knowledge of P&L management, personnel management, and clinical administration.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
