SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT - HOUSTON, TX
We are seeking an on-site Senior Property Accountant to join our Property Services division at our Houston office located in the Galleria area. The person stepping into this role will be responsible for the general ledger, month-end close, cash management, posting journal entries, preparation / review of monthly financial statements, and supporting schedules for upper management and clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Property accounting experience within Property Management / Commercial Real Estate
- Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is highly preferred
- Experience and familiarity with general US GAAP and property accounting processes
- High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects at one time
