Job Description Title:Regional Manager
Location: Based in central, MN, traveling to Assisted Living sites - Glenwood, Montevideo, Grand Rapids, and Pillager
Travel Required: Frequently, within Minnesota
Hourly/Salary: Salary
Position Type: Full-time
Job Purpose: Within the structure of PSLO core values Dignity, Integrity, Professionalism, Humor and Passion; this position oversees and audits functions/operations at all assigned sites.
Duties: Perform oversight services essential to health care in an assisted living and secure unit environment, including but not limited to:
- Knowledge and understanding of PSLO Director and Executive Director positions. The Director and Executive Director job descriptions are to be signed and included as part of this position.
- Ensure site implementation of Core Values, strategic plans, goals, policies and procedures
- Review of Weekly Manager Reports that outline: census, staffing hours, Manager hours onsite, public relations, Residents, Operations, Building, Budget, Team Members, OSHA reports, Quality Improvement, and annual team member determined EGGs (Employee Generated Goals) progress. After review, working with site leadership on opportunities for improvement.
- Assist facilities in maintaining budgetary guidelines.
- Ensuring facilities are compliant under MN MDH Assisted Living and Memory Care rules and regulations.
- Development, implementation and auditing of OSHA guidelines for assisted living and secure memory care sites
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage licensing and development of site guidelines to comply
- Assist all assisted living sites with dietary and kitchen systems to ensure quality meals are served, budgetary guidelines are met, and compliance with regulations.
- Assists with auditing of systems and processes.
- Site coverage as Executive Director and/or Director as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 years’ leadership experience in long-term health care
- Licensed Assisted Living Director in MN
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
- Computer skills required: Word, Excel, Outlook, smart phone usage, Internet Browsers, and RTasks.
- Current Minnesota Driver’s License with clean driving record.
- Clearance of Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study.
Working Conditions:
Most jobs in an office setting involve light physical tasks that do not require certain physical abilities. However projects arise periodically where the following is needed:
- Minimal exposure to blood-borne pathogens and infectious diseases
- Minimal walking
- Moderate noise level
This position may be able to perform some tasks from a home office but will be expected to travel weekly to assigned sites.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
