Integration Analyst (on-site in Annapolis, MD)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Integration Analyst who will work directly with our solutions designers and clients to deploy unique and standardized solutions for our proprietary software, Intra. Our solutions designers conceptualize and document the solutions for the Integration Analyst to implement, which may involve data integrations, workflows, and Intra configurations.
The ideal candidate should have one or more years of SQL or related experience and knowledge of databases and how they integrate with other platforms. The successful applicant should possess strong problem-solving abilities, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Individual performance is also measured by rapport with clients and colleagues, and by the ability to learn and become proficient in a variety of project types and technical areas, including Intra.
Primary Responsibilities and Opportunity:
- Use SQL Integration Services, Azure Logic Apps, and related to implement and deploy automated jobs.
- Utilize our proprietary software, Intra, to implement solutions, which may include authoring custom SQL queries.
- Test and train clients on software configurations and deployments
- Collaborate with department members, other departments, and development staff to serve clients.
- Provide troubleshooting and break/fix support of the work product of the Integrations team.
- Evolve into a knowledgeable resource throughout the organization.
- Track work and maintain organized and detailed customer data using a CRM (customer relationship management) system and project management tool.
- Rare occurrence of travel to client locations for on-site software installation, configuration, and training.
- Up to 2 days work from home after initial onboarding and learning phase.
Qualifications:
- 1 years SQL or similar experience
- 1 years in related experience
- Knowledge of databases and how to integrate them with other platforms.

Definite Pluses:
- SSIS, Azure, Azure Logic Apps, SAML2, Restful API experience helpful
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related major a plus.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
