Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Junior Broker (Paid-Internship) role located in Austin, TX. Unlike traditional unpaid junior brokerage roles, there is no immediate expectation to prospect and produce your own business. Instead, you will have the opportunity to learn the business through supporting the team by underwriting/evaluating the team's current pipeline. This gives the junior broker a more natural and pressure-free opportunity to decide if this is a career path worth pursuing.
Qualifications
- Real Estate or Finance related coursework or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Financial Analysis skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
- Texas Real Estate License
