Community Executive Director

Leadership Vision and Strategic Direction

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall leadership of partnership-employment, driving the organization's mission, ensuring sustainability, and expanding its reach and impact within the community. This role requires a leader who is passionate about social impact, skilled in nonprofit management, and capable of building strong partnerships across sectors.

Mission Advancement

• Develop and implement a strategic vision in partnership with the Board to advance the organization's mission.
• Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and expanded community impact.

Operational and Financial Oversight

• E nsure fiscal sustainability through sound financial management, fundraising, and resource allocation.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and compliance with nonprofit regulations.
• Cultivate and steward funding sources, including grants, donors, and corporate partnerships.

Community Engagement and Partnerships

• Serve as the face of the organization, fostering relationships with community leaders, government agencies, funders, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure they effectively address community needs.
• Engage and collaborate with the Board of Directors to support governance and strategic initiatives.

Talent Development and Team Leadership

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of inclusion, professional development, and high performance.
• Ensure strong internal communication and alignment between staff, Board, and stakeholders.

This role requires:

• A passion for community impact and a deep understanding of nonprofit leadership.
• A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within a nonprofit, foundation, or mission-driven organization.
• A proven track record in fundraising, financial oversight, and program development.
