Law firm is looking to hire an experienced Conflicts Analyst for it's growing team. The Conflicts Analyst will be responsible for analyzing conflicts checks for new business matters. This position is hybrid and requires working onsite 1-2 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Perform conflict checks, and review new client inception forms
- Assist with research and due diligence to aid in conflict decisions and resolutions
- Process sanctions-database searches and analyze data
- Conduct due diligence for lateral attorney, paralegal, and consultant hires
- Document all communication; obtain waivers, acknowledgment to open and close client/ matters
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience in processing business intake and conflicts of interest within a law firm
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
