Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements)
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (GAAP)
- Responsible for Cash Flow & Risk Management
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Managing and reconciling financial data
- Developing and implementing internal controls to protect assets and ensure accuracy
- Coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Analyzing financial results and trends
- Managing and developing A&F team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
