Outside Sales Representative – Commercial P&C Insurance
Location: Worcester, MA (Field-Based with Local Travel)
Compensation: Base Salary Commission | Estimated Year 1 Earnings: $80,000–$100,000 | Car stipend included

With a strong lead flow, proven sales structure, and full back-office support, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to focus on building relationships and closing deals—without having to generate every lead from scratch.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with small to mid-sized business owners across Central Massachusetts
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency and conduct outreach to prospective clients
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend customized commercial lines solutions
- Collaborate with account managers and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay informed on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in insurance sales (preferred), or B2B sales with interest in commercial insurance
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients (car stipend provided)
- MA Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain
