Immediately hiring a Nonprofit Research Associate for an international nonprofit based out of Washington, D.C. Organization is a highly regarded US 501 c3 with over $100m in contributions and a $20m operating budget. The Nonprofit Research Associate will assist in completing written summary reviews, risk assessments, and deliver prospective member recommendations . Offering a fully remote schedule and flexible hours. Three month contract to begin thirty hour work week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous experience working within the nonprofit sector in a writing/research capacity
- Experience working with international nonprofits highly preferred
- Articulate and concise writing skills
- Strong judgement skills - capable of detecting and filtering fake information
- Conscientious, independent work style
Responsibilities
- Conduct nonprofit reviews and information deep dives on a database of nonprofits
- Review applications and conduct risk assessments on nonprofits to decide if applicant qualify for partner programs
- Utilize nonprofit research tools to complete compliance requirements lists
- Prepare comprehensive summary reports that highlights key findings from research
- Develop spreadsheets that organizes filtered data in a succinct manner
- Assist in other project management duties as needed
