- Familiarity with drafting subpoenas and maintaining logs for received records.
Primary Duties:
- Conduct searches and gather case-related information from court databases and various online platforms.
- Prepare and arrange materials necessary for expert witness evaluation.
- Review, assess, and organize documents provided by opposing parties and co-defendants.
- Summarize transcripts and compile essential documents.
- Organize and assemble materials for expert witness review.
- Oversee document management and maintain well-structured case files.
