What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Partnership Employment?
We have an outstanding Chicagoland Sales Manager role available with our of our client organizations, a growing and successful mechanical contractor company based out of Aurora, IL. The focus of the hands-on role will be overseeing a team of 4 (some of which you will hire once there) to sell maintenance service contracts for the organization. Couple days in the Aurora office, the rest from home and in the field.
The Sales Manager is responsible for bringing in new business by selling maintenance agreements, as well as managing a team of maintenance sales representatives. The manager will not only keep a prospect list, but they will supervise a team of four.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and oversee the Maintenance Sales Representative team.
- Drive training.
- Ensure the department’s information is stored in Salesforce.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Learn the sales model of the organization.
- Train to become an Administrator of Salesforce.
- Attend Group meetings, seminars and LEAD.
Qualifications:
- Three years sales experience required; Sales experience selling a service preferred; experience selling maintenance or repair services a huge plus.
- Management experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable Contact Management Software.
- College Degree preferred
