Immediately hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Danbury, CT! This is a remote opportunity offering part-time, flexible hours. Opportunity to support a company in the luxury consumer goods market as they prepare for major headcount expansion. The ideal candidate will bring at least 6 months of relevant experience in corporate talent acquisition, have experience using an ATS, and be an excellent ambassador for the brand. Approximately 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and source potential candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute effectively.
- Manage all candidate data in applicant tracking software system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant work experience will be considered in substitute of
- A minimum of 6 months of corporate talent acquisition experience
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Experience using an ATS
- Familiarity with major job boards, boolean search techniques, and candidate sourcing skills
