Fund is looking to hire a VP Compliance Officer to oversee Restricted Trading List
• Overseeing the maintenance of the firm’s Restricted Trading List (additions and removals)
• General administration of the Fund's compliance program
• Conducting portions of the Fund's annual compliance review under SEC Rule 206(4)-7
• Conducting additional ad hoc compliance assignments, including periodic compliance testing
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
