Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain client and caregiver records to ensure compliance
Review and update documentation to meet state and federal regulations
Assist with internal audits and prepare necessary reports
Communicate with staff and caregivers to ensure timely submission of required documents
Monitor compliance deadlines and follow up on missing paperwork
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in office administration (home care or healthcare experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of document management & compliance processes
