The role of the Executive Coordinator position for the Partnership for Progressive Agriculture is to drive the organization’s success by educating, promoting and advocating for Agriculture in Central Wisconsin. These goals will be accomplished through the managing of:
- Event Planning and Coordinating
- Membership Recruitment
- Marketing
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, organizing, and directing events
- Grow revenue through prospecting and executing membership (current and new)
- Serve as spokesperson/communications resource
- Execute administrative and financial tasks
- Attend and document all board meetings, committee meetings, and events
- Reporting to and collaborating with the Board of Directors

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Non-profit organization
- Degree or experience in Agriculture or Marketing.
- Previous office administration and/or sales experience.
- Previous Fundraising Experience
Flexible hours with some remote days
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
