Overview
Responsible for the development of all processes necessary to complete SDLC phases of the Web Applications and Automation projects. This includes understanding of business processes, source identification, process design, data collection, data transformation, normalization, error detection and correction, data storage, data linage management, data achieving, and ETL Process oversight for web applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, develop and implement ETL process to support Web Applications and Automation projects.
- Responsible for designing and developing SSIS packages used in the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.
- Responsible for supporting production of all Web Applications ETL process and monitoring production jobs.
- Develops and maintains in-depth understanding of SQL Server, SSIS, Oracle, and Analysis Services.
- Responsible for working closely with EIM and EDW teams to retire all processes related to old data warehouse and lab data databases.
- Work closely with EIM and EDW to source HIE and EDW data for web applications.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining data linage for all ETL Processes.
- Responsible designing, developing, and implementing solutions to archive web applications data.
- Responsible for working closely with EDI team in centralizing all web applications ETL Jobs using ActiveBatch.
- Responsible for coordination with other departments regarding resolving issues, consistency and accuracy of data.
- Works with IT and business stakeholders on development and coordination of ETL and other processes.
- Uses sound technical judgment and makes appropriate systems decisions in absence of the Manager / Director Web Applications Development.
- Responsible to train new staff on Web applications, process, Web Systems Data, and ETL architecture, ETL standards, and ETL documentation.
- Responsible for the coordination of the production, development, and UAT environments.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other tasks necessary to ensure integrity of HIE / EDI/ Claims System databases and the accuracy of reporting data.
- Represent Web Applications team in data quality meetings
- Leads and participates in special projects as needed and assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; minimum four (4) years of systems analysis experience with experience in medical information systems; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with healthcare data is preferred.

Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, SSRS, SQL Stored procedures, SSIS, normalization, queries, views). Some knowledge of Oracle and Oracle programming methodologies. Knowledge of data masking, centralizing ETL configuration, data quality, data Integrity, OLTP, OLAP, etc. Ability to move data between systems as needed, effortlessly. High standards for data presentation. Significant knowledge of PCs, Windows 10, and related applications. Understanding of systems and related systems interfaces and how changes impact various systems.

HIRING RANGE:
$118,518.94 - $154,074.63
