What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent position at Partnership Property Management?
Leasing Agent needed 25 hours per week for a new 128-unit apartment community in the Charlotte East area. The Leasing Agent focuses on leasing apartments and managing the leasing cycle by working with the on-site team, applicants and prospects. This position does offer the opportunity for growth. Leasing Agent responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Answering phone calls and responding to voicemails
· Monitoring our online leads and providing information about the property and apartment availability.
· Scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar
· Communicating with Team Members anticipated and current vacancies, as well as leased units
· Sharing information about the Property
· Assisting with prospects with the application process and conducting lease signings
· Inspecting vacant units to ensure they are market ready
· Showing vacant units to prospective applicants/residents as needed
