What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Manager position at Partnership Property Management?
Part Time Site Manager needed 15 – 20 hours per week at affordable property in Siler City, NC. Knowledge of affordable housing Programs is helpful, but not required. Computer skills, basic math, reading comprehension and ability to follow processes
is imperative. Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism is required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accepting and processing applications
- Maintaining affordable waiting list
- Completing recertifications annually or as needed
- Communicating clearly and effectively with applicants and residents
- Enforcing the lease
- Working as a team with the Property Manager and Maintenance Caretaker
- Monitoring condition of the property
- Maintaining the leasing office in an organized and secure manner
