General Position Summary :
Oversee all functions necessary to ensure smooth running, efficient, safe and service-oriented.
warehouse and distribution center. Maintain inventory integrity and assist in ensuring proper
valuation of inventory. Provide overall management and direction to warehouse associates and
drivers.
Essential Functions :
Personnel Management
o Recruit, hire, orient appropriate talent
o Excellent training for existing staff and new hires
o Understanding and utilizing Human Resource practices
Employee disciplinary documentation
Bi-yearly expectation and annual performance reviews

Knowledge of State and Federal Driving Regulations / Standards

ESD (Environmental Service Department) regulations

General Maintenance (Building and Vehicle)
o Basic repair capabilities

Work Conditions :
Hours Monday–Thursday 5 : 30–3 : 30 (1hr lunch)
Overtime may be required when needed (including weekend when applicable)
Work is primarily indoors in a warehouse environment.
Requirements : Education :
College degree preferred but will accept high school diploma with a minimum of 5 years related experience.
Experience working in Indian Country.
Valid driver’s license
