What You'll Do :
- Lead Operations : Take full responsibility for the operational efficiency of up to 7 dental practices.
- Drive Performance : Manage key metrics such as budgets, P&Ls, expenses, payroll, collections, and staff productivity.
- Strategic Leadership : Meet regularly with practices to review KPIs and strategic initiatives for growth, profitability, and excellence.
- Improve Efficiency : Identify areas for improvement and create actionable plans to optimize processes and achieve better results.
- Collaborate : Build strong, trusting relationships with partner doctors, office leaders, and team members to enhance teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor Financials : Oversee A / R, payables, cash reconciliation, and practice audits to ensure fiscal responsibility and financial stability.
