The Job at a Glance
The IT Operations Analyst (internally known as I Fix Everything) will monitor and support enterprise systems, networks, applications, and batch jobs. This person will work with our enterprise management tool to deploy, update and remediate security issues to all end-user devices. This position will be part of a high performing team delivering best-in-class IT services to the business and our customers. The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences is a must!

The salary range for this role is $65, 780.70 - 88,015.34 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
