The Job at a Glance

As the Kitting Associate(internally known as OEM Parts Wrangler),you will focus on packaging accessories and hardware with other parts and relocate them to designated areas so that they can be inventoried. You will be responsible for identifying the correct packaging material for the parts that need to be kitted.This position requires the individual to work with minimal supervision or as a team player.

A Typical Day

Duties includingkitting parts, quality checks, and relocation of kittedparts
prioritize work to meet deadlines for customer orders
You willgathernecessary partsand labelcompleted packages
operatingthe heat tunnel,strapping machine,foam machine, and bubble machine to ensure proper packaging

To Land This Opportunity

You possessstrong problem solving, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
You're adaptable and thrive within quickly changing environments
You're looking to work Monday through Friday 6:00 am-2:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm and are able to work Saturdays when needed
You have the ability tomove around for long periods of time, andlift50 lbs. unassisted
You have fantastic communication skills & you're proficient in English(verbal and written)

Thesalaryrange for this role is($17.68 - 19.35 hourly)which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is apayfor performance-company. In addition to basepay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
