• Answer a high volume of inbound calls (40-50 per day on average) to assist with parts identification inquiries.
• Research and escalate requests by navigating through equipment manuals, technical diagrams, parts listings, and manufacturer remote desktop systems to identify the correct part number information.
• Log prime details of each call into our CRM, review and follow up on open cases within 2 business days, and close out resolutions as soon as possible.
• Deliver top-notch customer service while effectively communicating part information in a professional and friendly manner.

• You’re an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal). If you are bilingual in English & Spanish – that’s a bonus!
• You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home.
• You have at least 1 year(s) of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
• You have a passion for problem-solving, pay close attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You enjoy working with people and take pride in providing exceptional customer experience.
• You thrive within a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
• You are confident communicating over the phone and through various offline applications.
• You know MS Office (you may not be a master but you’re on your way).
• You're available to work M-F from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (CST) / 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed

The salary range for this role is $18.06/hr - $24.17 hourly which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
