PARTS UNKNOWN is an upscale clothing, footwear and accessories boutique for men and women located in the heart of Downtown Solvang
Some of the featured brands are Johnny Was, True Grit/Dylan, Olukai, Tommy Bahama, Scully Leather, Maui Jim, and a great selection of hats from Dorfman Pacific and Tilley.
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team on the continued journey of this great heritage to provide exceptional customer service and create long-term, quality relationships with our customers.
Expectations of Store Manager:
*Drive Sales to exceed the overall Store Goals
*Motivate staff to reach company directed performance goals
*Develop and maintain customer relationships
*Planning and Direction of the merchandising of the store
*Day-to-day planning and coordinating of operations and events
*Hiring, Training and Management of all store employees
Qualifications:
*Minimum 2 years Management/Retail experience
*Ability to work a flexible schedule that fluctuates as business changes throughout the year
*Available to work Weekends and Holidays
