Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their shopping needs, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail, particularly in a specialty retail environment. Candidates must be available nights and weekends.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and organized.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash transactions with care.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Inflate balloons and arrange on weights to create Appealing Bouquets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas.
While weekend availability is required, we do try to be as accommodating as possible to scheduling needs (i.e. Days requested off in advance). This position is typically a good fit for teens in high school, or for adults looking for an extra source of income.

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
